• Q: I see I can configure a Megacity, but my city is not in the list? 
  A: The list is a static list in order to allow uniformity in the names. Please contact Kraganov on discord or send a mail via the contact form to ask for list updates. 
• Q: In the advanced upload with CSV, I can’t configure my megacity?
  A: Yes, this is correct. for the same reasons as mentioned in previous answer, this is not possible. Assign the megacity names via the edit page of your EPLs.
• Q: When I check the price in Essence of my EPL here against Earth2.io, I see there is a small difference? 
  A: This is always possible. The Teleport Fee is a value in USD, calculated to Essence according to the current exchange rate. The website is using the USD/ESS rate provided by CoinGecko, which is updated every 15min. After which the Essence teleport fee is recalculated for all EPLs. Due to this way of working, a minor variance is always possible. 
• Q: I see different ESS values for the same USD value? 
  A: This shouldn’t be happening anymore, if you do see issue or inconsistencies with the Essence calculation, please contact Kraganov on Discord 
• Q: Can I see a users profile with their EPLs and or contact a user directly? 
  A: This is currently not yet possible, but might become a feature in the future.
